Former Delta State Deputy Governor, Professor Amos Agbe Utuama SAN, has died. He was declared dead in the early hours of Saturday, at an undisclosed hospital in Lagos after a protracted battle with a yet-to-be identified ailment. He was aged 77.
Utuama, a professor of law served in the state as Attorney- General and Commissioner for Justice during the tenure of Chief James Ibori and later deputy governor for 8years under former Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan.
